Description
I took this photograph of a miniature rose that I'm growing in our kitchen window. It was taken at around 7:30PM and it was starting to get dark outside. I managed to get the background almost faded out by using the flash to light up the flower and the closest leaves, while the window behind provided a dark background and helped to put emphasis on the beauty of the flower.
